Simple Focus is directly helping Helix make new sales by giving us capabilities and a design arm we otherwise couldn’t offer to our customers. The first item we worked on with Simple Focus was a very large account for Helix and our partner RightNow Technologies—the US Air Force Personnel Center—effectively redesigning the entire experience for Air Force Personnel. It was a very high profile account.
With only a six week timeline, Simple Focus redesigned the search pages as well as the knowledgebase through an iterative process and incorprated it into the overall web design. They did three to four months worth of work in a month and a half.
JD and team are very comfortable (and really good at) hiding the technical jargon. The team’s ability to explain and work with the customer was a major item that made the project a success. Whether it be a large project or small project, we’re very comfortable with Simple Focus handling all of the front-end design aspects for the opportunities we see coming down the pipeline.
